ISM systems have been designed and developed to meet the needs of businesses, car and motorcycle hire companies and insurance providers that need to analyse costs and company mobility plans, monitor cases of insurance fraud, check routes travelled, as well as monitor driving styles with a view towards improving efficiency, reducing operating costs and improving the quality of services offered to their customers.

In addition to transmitting positioning data and information on the whereabouts of the vehicle, devices normally used by Fleet Managers to analyse management costs also work as a Black Box. This means it is possible to locate vehicles in the case of theft and/or reconstruct scenarios in the case of an accident, with an alarm automatically sent to the ISM Operations Centre open 24 hrs a day and 365 days a year. Vehicles are therefore immediately located and emergency vehicles are promptly sent out if necessary.
