The automatic sending of notifications to the Operations Centre means that potentially hazardous faults or situations are instantly notified, allowing personnel to interrogate the system in real time and intervene in a timely manner.
The convenience of accurate and reliable information and the possibility to solve problems by remote, whether through the Operations Centre or through client intervention, offers the huge advantage of eliminating the need for a physical presence except in cases where strictly necessary, allowing total peace of mind even in the absence of any physical surveillance.
